  • The tables below include all Category I and Category II projects, as well as other important bills approved by the 12th NPC or its Standing Committee, including every legislative bill passed after two or more reviews (“unlisted projects”).
  • Projects are grouped into “new laws” and “amendments & revisions.” Within each group, Category I, Category II, and unlisted projects form separate subgroups. Category I and II projects are listed in their original order.
  • Status indicators: 🟢 completed projects, 🟠 pending projects, and 🔵 projects with a draft for public comment.
