The draft laws are listed reverse-chronologically below. Dates are in the format of “(year, if given)/month/day.” Unless otherwise noted, a consultation period’s end date fell in the same year as its start date. The dagger symbol (†) means the preceding file includes an explanation of the draft, while the delta symbol (Δ) means the preceding file includes a chart comparing the draft with the current law. A draft law’s drafting agency is given in parenthesis if it differs from the agency that conducted the public consultation.
