This page archives the publicly available work plans of China’s national legislature, the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress (NPCSC), in the following seven categories:

1. five-year legislative plans [立法规划] (first adopted in 1993);
2. annual legislative work plans [立法工作计划] (first adopted in 2008);
3. other types of legislative plans;
4. annual oversight work plans [监督工作计划] (first adopted in 2007);
5. five-year plans for overseeing the management of state-owned assets (first adopted in 2019);
6. annual plans for delegates-related work [代表工作计划] (first adopted in 2020); and
7. any new category of work plans.
