Chinese Legislature Seeks Public Comment on 7 Bills: Private Sector Promotion, Unfair Competition, Fishery Regulation, Law Propaganda & More

China’s national legislature, the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress (NPCSC), is soliciting public comment on the following seven bills through January 23, 2025:

To submit comment online, please refer to this guide. The “职业” (Occupations) dropdown menu for the draft Delegates Law amendment includes the additional option of “人大代表” (people’s congress delegates). The same dropdown menu for the draft Law on Publicity and Education on the Rule of Law revision includes the additional options of “青少年” (young people) and “普法志愿服务工作者” (legal popularization volunteers).
